Acoje was organized as a Philippine Corporation On october 14, 1935, with the initial purpose of exploiting and developing metallurgical chrome properties. The Acoje Mine Camp is located thirty-five kilometers from the town of Sta. Cruz, Zambales in Luzon. It Sprawls on an elevation ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 feet above sea level, protected from typhoons and the other ravages of the seasons by mountains sorounding the property.

its a godd thing to reminisce the past wiht the pictures that you posted in here; By the way. I'd really appreciate if you could at least post in here when the pictures were taken and a short description of the pic. I once was a kid lingering around section 2 basketball court and I'd like to meet and talk to anybody from acoje mines zambales because im planning to be back there for a short visit.
